Emulator fail in 1878

Hello,

I have big problems with emulator since I have upgraded to version 1878. I uninstalled XDK and I installed it back again, I deleted all project related files (except source codes for sure) and I created them from scratch - I don't create my project from template as mentioned in some older issue here. The issue still persists:

1) First emulator run during my development session is OK

2) After this, any other run has problems to load resources - images on HTML pages, audio files etc.. Sometimes even source code is not updated for the emulation (refresh icon doesn't help)

3) Finally, when I start the emulator, I can see message saying, there is no index.html. So, I have to restart whole XDK .....

I just downgraded to version 1826 because of this and other problems reported earlier. Everything works fine here.

Hi Marek,

We have identified the issue with emulator not finding index.html file when the project is converted to HTML5+Cordova project and the fix is being worked on and it will be available soon. Meanwhile this workaround will work :

 - Switch to another project from the projects list and then again back to your current project.

or  remove that project from the directory and move it back and import into XDK as new project.

thanks a lot, you are doing a great job! Currently, I am on version 1826, which works great for me - the emulator and the plugins issue, we discussed before. Anyway, thanks a lot for the workaround suggestion.
