I try open Intel® 64 and IA-32 architectures software developer's manual documentation changes and get error in loading the pdf (error in this pdf):

The pdf file is invalid... (need upload new valid pdf)

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve.  It does appear to work in Firefox*.
