I think this is the same issue that was once reported here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/472672
I cannot download the OS X Intel Parallel Studio Composer. The steps I follow are:
1. Go to the Intel Education Offerings page and open the Student tab: https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-education-offerings
2. Click the Intel® Parallel Studio Composer Edition XE for OS X* link: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/StuForm.aspx?ProductID=1773
3. Check all 4 checkboxes, and press "Accept"
4. Get an error page that says:
We're sorry, you need a serial number to register for this product. If you have serial number please go to the Intel® Software Development Products Registration Center. If you have any questions please contact Technical Support to report the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
I am a university student and I am making a ray tracer for a semester project. I'm trying to see if ICC can optimize it better than GCC or clang (and if so, then I want to use it for the project). Unfortunately, I can't seem to get a free student license and download the OS X Intel Parallel Studio Composer.
I have tried this in Chrome and Firefox and I get the same issue. I'm on OS X 10.9.4. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Michael,
Our eductation offerings are actually under review, You can download eval licenses which last for 30 days (https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/try-buy-tools) until our education program is back online. I'm sorry.
Let me check and give you a note once I know more details.
Regards,
Hubert.
