F200 DCM install stuck at install Visual C++ 2015

Installing  Intel Realsense Depth Camera Manager F200 v 1.4.27.41944    but it's stuck few hours on step    Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (x86) 

My hw: Windows 8.1, F200 ordered from Intel, have installed older version of Depth Camera Manager before (working good), had Realsense SDK 2014 

Any suggest please, what should I do, does close it and reinstall safe?

As you can see in below image, Intel setup process haven't use any disk or network
