F200 IR and Depth streams not working

Hello.

Using the SDK samples, I can see the RGB streams but not the IR and Depth streams. I get Init failed on those.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the SDK and DCM.

I tried both USB 3.0 ports on the back panel.

I'm attaching a bunch of support files I think may assist such as the SDK info (the PC2 file), and logs I managed to activate from the SDM management utilities.

V4 of the SDK on a Win10 64.

CPU: i3-4170

Board: Asus H81M-A

Bios: 2105 x64

Thanks,

Elad

If my experience when I use windows 10 the first time. I also experienced the same problem. I am also confused what to do. Then I uninstall the old version and some apps related to realsense. Then install again DCM and SDK. Restart and then update windows. After that realsense camera can work well. thx

Hi David,

Is there any update on this?

Can it be a hardware issue with the F200?

I've got the same problem ,
I didn't find the solution yet,

but my guess is maybe the device (camera) is not getting enough power, because I tried on my notebook that has 4 RAM, CORE 3 4th and it didn't work, then I tried on another notebook more new than my notebook that has 16 RAM , CORE 7 and it worked.
