F200 Still does not work...

Hello,

It's been 4 months I received a F200 camera and it never worked.
I opened a topic that has never been a conclusive answer despite the many investigations made. (https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/realsense/topic/597868)
I am convinced that it's a HW problem...

What i'm supposed to do to get it worked ? If this is really a hardware problem. Could you send me a new one?
