I have tried everything I could find in this forum to fix this issue but I am at a stopping and need help. I have attached screenshots of the errors and have all the correct SDK installed correctly. I did but it directly from Intel it is a Creative VF0800 s/n w4vf 0800 539r 0079 7n. I have a brand new Dell XPS 8900 with a generation 6 processor and all the goodies so HELP!....PLEASE

Thanks,

Bill

Not sure if this is the same problem but if you keep getting an Init failed, try to restart the service.Task Manager - > Services -> Interl Realsense Depth Camera Manager Service -> restart.

Happens to me all the time because I use the same camera with laptop and desktop so sometimes when I reconnect the camera to the other machine which is already logged in, the camera service needs restarting.
