Hello All. I just tried to start a new project with the Framework7 option. It shows me a blank project, and when i try to add elements inside it, nothing happenes.... Also. the elements are not from framework 7, is this intended? i saw there is a swiper element, which is great, but some elements don't look specific for the framework 7. Is there any additional things i need to do?
Also, how can i make the designer work on projects on framework 7 i didn't start in intel xdk? on those i just have the code view without any option to use the designer... it would be great if i could start the designer on those project somehow..
Thanks,
Shaul.

Also, a small thing i noticed.. framework 7 has starter layouts... wouldn't it be great if we could somehow use this layouts as starter project for framework 7? or at least is there a way to use them?

When using App Designer you are dealing with a hybrid UI builder. The widgets are a mixture of custom App Designer widgets and those taken from Framework7. The Framework7 layout mechanisms are NOT being used, only their widget library (this is true for all the "framework" libraries supported by App Designer).
If you are comfortable building your own UI directly, using Framework7 or any HTML5 UI framework, you can do that directly and bypass App Designer altogether. You are not required to use App Designer as your UI layout tool for your Intel XDK / Cordova app. It is there as a helper, not as a requirement. It will generate custom UI layout code.
You should be able to make a blank project and then copy the Framework7 starter layouts into that blank project. I realize it's not automatic, but it should work.
