Framing not allowed error

After opening my app today I get the error "for security reasons framing not allowed" and It drops me out to a github webpage that I can not close.

My hardware specs are

3.5ghz i3 processor 12gb ram and 100+gb of free hdd space.

I see this.   The story behind it is complex. There is a simple workaround.

On Windows, find this file and delete it:

C:\Users\*your-user-name*\AppData\Local\Intel\XDK\xdk\components\server\ui-builder\ui-builder_repo\resources\help\help_support_information.json

On Mac or Linux, you want to find the AppData directory of the XDK application, and from there you go to components/server/ui-builder/ui-builder_repo/resources/help/help_support_information.json

This bug has been fixed and the fix will be in the next release.
