Hi,

I am trying to use google maps but the map is empty. Why?

Have you tried the simple example at https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/map-simple?csw=1?

Also, did you modify the whitelist under the Build Settings on the Projects panel?

I recommend that you add any domain names that your applications will be communicating with to the whitelist field on the Projects panel > Build Settings > Android-Crosswalk, Android, or iOS . Is the google maps widget outdated in 3888 and current early access current?

Doing the simple intel video:

I can NEVER get maps to display on emulator

Map only displays in portrait and puts me on the other side of the country, otherwise BLANK.

Doesn't accept datapoints bound to it at all.

I realize the intel video is a year old, but now I DO require an API key for the map not to error and not load
