First of all, try this url:
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
This should auto-detect which driver(s) you need, and then install them. If that doesn't work, then there are links on the page for troubleshooting why this doesn't work.

ps-> To find out which device you have, startup the Device Manager, then right-click on the "display adaptors" tab, and it should tell you which device you have on your system.
