Hardware acceleration non available under Vista?

The Software we developp encountered display prolems. We solve the problem with other graphic cards by modifying hardware acceleration. But this features is not available with Intel Graphics Drivers. Any information about that.

Sample on Graphic card : G33 Express / Drivers : 7.14.10.1409
