How can you tell if your submission went through?

I just submitted my app.  It took me back to the summary page.  I hit View again since I didn't see anything different.  It showed me my submission with the same Phase 2 fields still editable, but only a CANCEL button showing, no SUBMIT button.  How can I make sure my submission went through?
