I'm using Intel Parallel Studio in a classroom situation. The license server we were using has failed and local IT has configured a new one. Since the MAC address of the new server is different I need a new license file for PS. I attempted to re-register Parallel Studio but I was told that I had already registered and there was no offer of creating a new license file. How should I proceed in this case?
I hope to resolve this situation fairly soon. Right now I can't use the product in my class.
Thanks!

Hi,
Pardon the delay. I was just informed of this issue. You mention the issue was resolved? Were you able to change the host-id of the server and regenerate the license file? Appreciate your input, and thanks for your patience through this.
