Hi, I found this link https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/faqs/general#keystore

This is to retrieve my old Android Keystroke. When I open that link and signed in it says Please enter your authentication code to download your keystore to what is my Authentication Id or Authentication code.

Please help.

Thanks

Finally I have resolved this issue. I have 2 accounts one account for Forum, and another account for building app. They linked into 1 email address.

@Honda10y ~

Is it possible that you also have multiple accounts that you are using with the XDK?
