How install an .APPX on Windows Phone 8.1 celphone?

Hello , I wonder how to run an application, I already managed to build through the XDK , within a Windows Phone mobile 8.1 , I have a notion that there is a developer release of species, but do not know if this can help me. How can I run this file .APPX within the cell ( and this Windows Phone 8.1 ) , without the need to level it to the Windows Store , or a developer account ?

You need Windows Phone Application Deployment Tool 8.1. It comes free with the Visual Studio Community addition.
