We had a person leave the organization and we want to recycle his license for someone else. We purchased a number of XE2013 Parallel Studio for FORTRAN licenses last year and I am worried we are closing in on expiration. I hope this means we can still obtain license files, but I am not sure what the actual process is for switching them. We had the new developer try and he was bounced around to over 6 people and spent many hours on the phone trying to accomplish this.
