Hi,
Just wondering how to export whole conversation of closed issues from Intel Premier Support instead using ctrl+c & ctrl+v?

Hello,
In the Issue window there is a button 'email as PDF' in the upper left and lower left corner. When clicking this button an email is sent to you with the ticket, including communication log, as PDF attachment.

Failed to find the 'email as PDF' button.
Here are what I did
Log into businessportal.intel.com
Intel premier support home - recently closed issues
click an issue title
pop-up an 'View Issue' window
Only two buttons are avaiable "cancel" and "Re-Open this Issue".
Already tried with Firefox, IE and Chrome. checked everywhere on the web page. Failed to find any button which could be used to export the conversation.
Did I still miss something ?

Hi Jerry,
Please send me a private message with the email address you use on Intel® Premier Support. The export ability is only enabled for certain accounts. I can check yours to see if it is enabled and if I can enable it.
