How to remove additional language codes in windows8 build?

Hi.

I am building windows8 app with xdk windows8 build menu.

Built successfully and downloaded CordovaApp_1.0.4.0_AnyCPU.appxupload

Then uploaded CordovaApp_1.0.4.0_AnyCPU.appxupload to microsoft windows console.

But  some other languages are added automatically as you see in my attached screen capture.

I want just only english language description. (Because if other languages are added then microsoft requires the app localized to that languages too)

How can I remove other languages?

I went through this with someone else a while ago and could not find the post, but, the end result is the additional language comes from the default settings in the Cordova project. You do not have access to change this, so they can not be removed.
