How to upgrade Fortran from 9.1 to 11.1

Hi,
We bought Fortran 9.1 several years ago. Since we use Abaqus 6.10 now, Fortran needs to be upgraded to 10.1 or 11.1. The one who bought 9.1 has already left our office. So I don't know the login id and password she used.
What should I do now, and what's the price of this upgrade?
