I can not run the installation when installed REDHAT Xeon Phi, Also Windows 7 does not boot

Good afternoon, when installing Xeon Phi in the computer. Installed Win7
can not start. When installing RedHat does not install and hangs.
Please tell me the configuration of my computer for use Xeon Phi
or do I need a new server?

configuration:

GA-X58A-UD9
i7-980X Processor Extreme Edition
16 ddr3
Enermax MAXREVO 1500W

The BIOS must support the PCI memory mpa requirement, usually appearing in the BIOS setup screen.  The previous thread on this question has some information at the bottom:
