I cannot download my Intel products

Hello,
I have a valid licence for Intel Fortran 12, but the registration center cannot find my products, so I can't download. Please start a private thread for me so we can deal with this.

Note that the same thing happened to me on August 9, when the last update came out. There has got to something wrong with the way my account is set up.
