Unable to download a product update.

After receiving an email notification of a product update for Fortran Composer XE-2011 for Windows, I logged in andselected the product for download. Then the screen blinks off and on, but otherwise nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? Below the product selection is an option to "Start download with a download manager", which is stated as for a low-speed connection. Should I be using this option even thpough I have a high-speed connection?
