I haven't received the camera

Im a phase 1 finalist but I dont know if the camera has been sent to my shipping addres, I live in Mexico and I'd like if you know something about the delivery of the cameras for Mexico. I haven't had answer of  intelrealsenseappchallenge@thegameagency.com yet.

I have your estimated delivery TODAY, Monday Nov. 24, by 6:00.  Send an email directly to intelrealsenseappchallenge@thegameagency.com for your Tracking Number.  Also send a message if the camera doesn't show up.
