I update intel XDK and now App preview doesn't work

Hi I update the intel XDK software and now the App preview doesn´t work in my phone doesn't show nothing, and the Debug mode doesn't recognizes my phone :cry: 

I hope you can help me. Thanks

Could you provide some more details?  What versions of XDK and AppPreview are you using?  What phone with what OS Version?

First thing I would try is to make sure you've got the latest AppPreview.

Hi, yes I have the las update of Intel App Preview, the Intel XDK 1912. My smartphone is a Alcatel one touch s3. I just update the Intel XDK and it just doesn't work now.
