IR image wrap-around bug with SR300

I'm getting a bad IR image on the SR300.

When viewed in DF_RawStreams, the 8 left-most columns of pixels are sliced and appear on the image's right-hand side. See:

To reproduce the previous SDK's DF_RawStreams, you might need to enable both Depth and IR streams.

Please help.

Update:

When comparing the IR images with and without depth enabled, I found that there are other differences, besides that 8 pixel wrap around. The images with depth enabled have a bigger field of view. I would expect the IR stream to unaffected by the presence of the depth stream...

I could reproduce this wrap-around on my system with the SR300 and SDKv8 when IR and DEPTH streams are enabled.
