ITP Application for Pentium M based board

Dear Sir,

We have designed a board consisting of Pentium M, 855GME, 6300ESB. Wehaveimplemented ITP connector and we have ITP tools with us but we are not able to access GMCH (855GME) internal registers & DDR Memory interface and also FSB signals. Can u tell me please how to access the registers, DDR Memory interface and FSB signals. Any document pointing towards would be highly appreciable.
