If your RealSense camera don't work...

I have spent 6 days to solve this problem. I plugged in my camera into USB3 port on Win 8.1 on 4340 processor. But it doesn't work at all (expect microphone) and i don't see it in device manager. One day, i enter the BIOS and turn on xHCI support. And it started to work. I was really angry of fact, that i nowhere saw this requirement. So, you can try this, if your camera don't work too.

p.s.: sorry for my bad English

hmmm never heard a BIOS related issue before for the camera,

I will look in to this and make sure that we include this information in future docs, if that turns out to be the case..

Really appreciate your feedback and sorry that you had to go through all that :)

motherboard ASUS B85M-E

processor Intel 4340

And one more fact: camera started to work the same way on laptop ASUS X550VC.
