Yesterday I acquired a new license:
Intel C++ Studio XE for Windows Single Upgrade Service
& Support Renewal
I have licensed an old version of
the Intel C++ Compiler of which I assumed (from descriptions of eligible
products) it could be upgraded. But when I try to register the new license in Registration Center I
receive the error message: "We are unable to match this serial number to a
product in your account."
Obviously an upgrade is not possible for my active products. Thus I cannot use the license and my investment is
lost. Is it possible to return this license or to upgrade this upgrade license
to a full new license (charge the difference) without a total loss of my
investment?
I bought the license online via the ISP shop - and I am not sure who to contact for that issue. Am I right in here?
