Intel G33 + 7.15.10.1554 + Vista 32 + Westinghouse L2410NM = major problem

The problem:

When I try to use my integrated G33 graphics on my Westinghouse L2410NM 24" LCD, I get an error from the monitor which says "Set screen resolution to 1920x1200".

Conditions:

This error does not occue when using the default mcrosoft drivers that come with Windows Vista. It only occurs after I install the Intel drivers, and restart. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling them 3 times.

The monitor and drivers did work the first time I had installed them when it was running at 800x600 @60Hz. I then went into the Intel configuration panel and tried to increase the resolution to 1920x1200 @ 60Hz, and since then I get the error even after completely removing the drivers with uninstall and driver cleaner dot net.

The graphics work fine on my Dell CRT monitor as you can see from the report below, however, if I attempt to set the resolution to 800x600 @ 60Hz, and then plug in the VGA cable to my Westinghouse LCD, I hear windows make the sound as if a device has been removed, and then reconnected, but then my monitor gives the error.

So I am assuming that when the intel graphics detect that my Westinghouse has been plugged in, it auto configures its self to a refresh rate above 60Hz. Also, there is no driver available for the monitor.

Assuming I am correct, how do I fix this?

I would like to have my screen running at 1920X1200 @60Hz.

When I revert to an older driver, it works, so why won't the new driver work?

New Report with old driver:

When I use 7.14.10.1461, i can get it to display on my Westinghouse, however, I can not get it to 1920x1200 @60hz. When I change it to that setting the monitor only shows 1600x1200.

When I change the resolution to 1920x1080, the monitor reports receiveing it, but the image is off center, and has black borders all around. 3" on the left, 1" top, bottom, and right.

Not to mention that the top 5-10 pixels are cut off by the black border at the top.

Monitor auto configure does nt fix this.

The only resolution that properly fills my screen is 1680 x 1050, how can I get 1920x1200 to work?

edit: A higher quality vga cable fixed the above problem, 1920x1600@60Hz now working, however on older drivers only. How can I get it to work on newest drivers?

New error, I can no longer install the newer drivers... even the 7.15.10.1554 driver that I previously had installed 3 times is now giving me an error saying :

"The driver being installed is not valifated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer's manufacturer. Setup will now exit."

My question is: Why did the new drivers (7.15.10.1554) install originally, but now refuse to install after installing the old drivers?

EDIT:

After unistalling the older drivers, it let me install theses ones below which are working at 1920x1200@60Hz although they dectect my LCD as a CRT and show that it supports modes that it does not...
