Intel GMA 3150 - Is it posible to connect from VGA to Component Video Television???

I have a HP Mini 210-1000 with a Intel GMA 3150 video card. It only has a VGA output. Is it posible to connect my netbook with VGA output to my TV (Component Video Input)?
