Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016 License not recieved

I have tried several time through the website link to get my license file emailed, however it has not arrived.

Hello Grace,

It could be due to email filters. Did you try the download link to download your license file from Intel Registration Center? I will assist you via private message as well.
