I recently bought an Acer laptop which has an in-built Intel RealSense camera. The camera worked fine for the first few days however it suddenly stopped working about two days ago. The 3d virtual driver still appears in device manager but the camera will not work in any apps. when I try to install the Intel DCM I get the error code: -4 and it says my firmware may be corrupted. If I try to update the firmware via cmd I get the error "camera is in recovery mode". How do I fix this?
