Intel Software Manager Windows 7 Cannot connect to server for update

For the last day or so, I am seeing the following error when I try and download an update using the Intel Software Manager under Windows 7:

Error: Cannot connect to server for update.

Maybe it is just me but I am not having much luck using the Intel Software Manger on either Windows 7 and Linux lately.  It was working fine the a few weeks ago.

Any ideas?

When I try and download Intel® Inspector XE for Linux 2015 Update 1 or the Intel® Threading Building Blocks for Linux 4.3 Update 1 from the My Intel Products web page, I get the following error:

The webpage cannot be found.

Is there a problem with the download page?

Hello Chau,

Can you provide you serial number by sending me a message, I'd like to have a check whether the downloadable link works then. Also you can download directly without using the download manager for the moment.
