Hell guys!

I just heard about this new tool, i'm currently working with sharepoint 2010 (waiting for sharepoint 2016 to make an upgrade)

So, my question is: It's possible to integrate Sharepoint 2010 Mobile environment with Intel XDK that use HTML5 to develop, debug and buiild mobile and web apps?

Hi,

In XDK, by using SharePoint REST API and Web Services you can do everything allowed by SharePoint.

The Intel XDK creates Cordova apps. If it is possible to integrate what you are describing with a Cordova (aka PhoneGap) app, the answer is "yes." If not, the answer is "no." I'm not familiar with what you are referencing, so I can't say for sure, but look to see if there are Cordova plugins for whatever you are trying to use, that will be your key.

Sharepoint it's a collaboration software that provides enterprise-scale capabilities to meet business-critical needs such as managing content and business processes, it has his own phone capabilities, but i'm not sure you can integrate cordova apps (I've never tried it before).

You can create Sharepoint apps through Visual Studio, it uses .NET Framework based tools and sharepoint projects can be developed using Visual basic or Visual C#. Just by your answer i'm guessing not gonna be possible, thx.
