I followed the instructions of how to add to folders the different Construct 2 files. I also added to Intel XDX the third party plug-in and google number.

https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-xdk/topic/607195

https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/4864/how-to-install-cranberrys-google-play-games-plugin#h2a1

I added the plug-ins after I I copied and pasted into the top level folder and the www folder. I closed intel copied and pasted according to the intel tutorial, then added the plugin to intel xdx.

sitll shows this error though:

  • Error: Could not retrieve plugin "https://github.com/cranberrygame/cordova-plugin-game --variable APP_ID='YOUR_GOOGLE_PLAY_GAME_APP_ID'".
  • Error: Could not fetch plugin "https://github.com/cranberrygame/cordova-plugin-game --variable APP_ID='YOUR_GOOGLE_PLAY_GAME_APP_ID'".

  • I checked both Consrtuct 2 tutorial and the Intel XDX export tutorial but no explanation of what went wrong.

I copied and pasted according to the Intel XDX tutorial. I put the two files into top level and the rest into the WWW folder.  I added the plugin according to the Construct 2 tutorial.  Why if following the tutorial it says Build Failed? Unless one or both tutorials are faulty.

This is missing, this prompt does not appear:

VERY IMPORTANT! On the "Project Importer Results" dialog that appears, the XDK importer should have located your "index.html" file in the "www" directory inside your project AND you should tell it that you will use Cordova plugins AND that this is NOT a game project. See the image below:

That is missing.
