Intel xolo Q700 not connect with pc

after factory reset My phone intel xolo-Q700 phone  xolo secure App stop and try sign in to google account gat error this page can'tbe found.
this page doesn't exist in google App administrator help.It may be deleted because the feature doesn't exist anymore,OR the URL may be incorrect

After this error my phone not connect on pc with USB Cable

Have you tried updating the software of the phone?

If there is a software update available, it might help resolve the issue.
