Is Intel Mobile Platform SDK 1.3 available?

Guys,
I am trying to query battery info from a Intel Mobile Motherboard.
Anyone knows that IntelMobilePlatformSDK1.3 still available for download? i tried to download the installer/setup, it link me to the front page. Is it no longer supported?
