Is intel xdk android app able to receive AppMobi push message

Is my intel xdk android app (test-app) able to receive AppMobi push message for the following scenarios:

  1. test-app has been forced shut down
  2. When navigate away from the test-app

appMobi has not released a Cordova version of pushMobi, so only the Legacy builds support pushMobi. Until they do, I would recommend using a push plugin from a Cordova repo.
