We currently have a serial for VTune Amplifier XE for Windows that was originally registered to an employee that no longer works for this company.
The person we would like to transfer it to tried to use the "Renew a Serial Number from another person" function on the Intel website but the following error message was kicked back: "Sorry, you can not renew this serial number because it is not registered. Please check that the serial number you entered is correct and contact Technical Support if you need assistance."
Please assist us in getting this serial number transfered.
