Licensing Errors on Installation Attempts

Receiving a variety of errors attempting to install Parallel XE Studio 2016:

  1. Online installation appears to fail stating ports 80 and 443 are blocked when they are not; downloaded complete package for offline installation.
  2. Invalid license number when attempting to use either direct licence number entry or license file.
  3. When attempting to install as evaluation instead, receiving "Unable to init Trusted Storage" message.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
