Link library for __fsdi?

Linking a QuickWin program that contains some C routines...
I am explicitily listing libraries in link step, using
kernel32.lib dfqwin.lib dformt.lib libcmtd.lib

All externals are resolved except __fsdi. Which lib contains fsdk?

Alternately, which libraries should I use in the link?
