Looking for a software expert in applying makeup to a users face.

Looking for someone who has experience in creating makeup software (for an app I'm making) where the user can choose pre-made makeup looks to apply to their face on the uploaded or taken photo. Where the software recognises different face and eye shapes and applies the makeup precisely around the areas. If you have done this before please let me know, it would be great to see your work and get a price off you. Or if you know a company or person that does this, a link would be appreciated.
