MKL 11.3 Update 1 for Windows Community License - Not Activated

Action: enter serial number into "Activation" step of installer

Response: popup dialog with message "Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number."

Dear Purvis,

Are you trying to use a Serial Number to install the product? Do you have a connection to the Internet from this system? I would try to install using the license file. Please follow these instructions:

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-do-i-get-a-license-file-for-an-offline-installation-of-intel-parallel-studio-xe-2016

Note that right now the incorrect host (ffffffff) is set for your license - it may be the reason of your issue.
