Migrate Old License to New Server, Prior Contact Left University

I work for a University research group.

We've had a license for Intel Fortran 11.0.054 for many years (since 2006 or earlier?), but our FlexLM license server has finally died.

The problem is that the point of contact responsible for the license originally has moved on and is unreachable. We have the old license file and new server information, so I'd like to get the license transferred and a new POC set up to manage it in the future. The documentation indicates  that I should post a thread her for help.
