Mistakenly Purchase Support Renewal Twice for Same Parallel Studio FORTRAN Seat. Now What Do We Do?

Hello,

We were alerted by email to renew support for our two fortran seats.

When we went online the renewal was the same for both seat serial numbers.

A quantity of two support renewal licences was purchased using only one online transaction assuming the renewal was a single unassociated generic product licence meant to be appended to the existing serial number renewal history.

When the licencing email arrived, both renewals applied to the same Parallel Studio + FORTRAN seat serial number, associated with the first update renewal notice email.

Can we just apply one of those licences to each of our serial numbers without problems, or do we need to refund one and reapply for one that matches the second serial number?

If we need to refund and reapply, how do we go about that?
