More issues with V3400

Along with the issues of App Framework 3, V3400 is so unstable.

Open debug, refresh the designer, crash,

Click Emulator, refresh content, crash,

Change Code, select emulator, refresh content crash.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but this has not made any difference.

I am having to restart XDK 30 (Yes 30) times a day which is crazy. I've made a commitment to using XDK, but sadly I'm loosing patience now as each revision seems to be a retrograde step in reliability and stability over functionality.

The Emulate tab is causing a lot of stability problems. Our next release will change that component to a completely different component that is much more stable and runs in a separate process. Until then, we recommend that you follow the workarounds provided in this post > https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-xdk/topic/624417 <
