Need Visual Driver Help

I am looking for some information and help with a problem I have recently run into.

I have been playing a game online for just over a year now, and recently it has started to crash a lot, and after talking to the tech's for the game and sending them my info they have told me I need to update my visual driver.

I believe this is the information someone would need to help me:

Main Driver: ialmrnt5.dll

Version: 6.14.0010.4543

Any help would be appreciated. I am just looking to see if I can download an update or if I actually have to go into a store and buy something.
