Hi,

I need a link to download one of these two compilers:

Emphasis on the 2017 version. Does anyone have download links to these? Also, are licenses required for these?

Yes, licenses are required. You can download an evaluation copy or purchase a license from here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/try-buy-tools

The version you mentioned is slightly older than current release so you can use these instructions (below) to obtain the older version.
