NetLimiter - analogue for Intel Mobile Platform SDK bandwidth controlling service

Just found an interesting product - NetLimiter, NetLimiter.com. It does similar things to Intel Mobile Platform SDK Badwidth Control plus statistics, but is worth $30 only.
More sophisticated features like app traffic priorities are on the roadmap.
Similarly to IMPSDK it installs it's own service to OS. No way to escape additional services for bandwidth control in Windows I suppose.
